Payment

Allpark accept a wide range of credit and debit card payments via our secure online checkout. We can also accept telephone orders and credit accounts are available for some customers. All first orders are by proforma, thereafter please speak to us about opening an account. We will typically run a credit report to ascertain credit limits and will require two references. 

Delivery

Due to the extensive nature of our product range we operate our own fleet of vehicles however we do use hauliers, if you have special off loading requirements such as no forklift or you require a tail lift let our transport manager know and he will make the necessary arrangements.  

We will contact you and advise you of a delivery date by e-mail prior you delivery. If you wish one of our drivers contact you shortly before the delivery let us know and we make sure our drivers do so.

Please note that our standard delivery charges only apply to mainland UK postcodes, for delivery to other areas please contact our sales team for a quotation.  Our free winter products delivery only applies to mainland England and Wales, for delivery to other areas please contact our sales team for a quotation.

Delivery methods and general information by product:

Speed ramps and speed bumps packed on a pallet and shrink wrapped

Cycle stands, cycle racks and cycle parking are usually packed on pallets however cycle racks and cycle hoops  supplied in small quantities may be packed as parcels.

Flow plates, directional ramps, dragons teeth will be delivered on a pallet each unit will be wrapped in cardboard and the pallet will then be shrink wrapped.

Traffic cone and road cones will normally come on a pallet however smaller quantities of traffic cones may be packed in cardboard boxes.

Automatic barriers and height barriers will be delivered by our own transport and will be packed in cardboard and wrapped in plastic shrink wrap.

Bollards and parking posts will be wrapped in cardboard and delivered by courier if outside the London area. For large quantities of parking post, removable bollards, concrete bollards,bollards and stainless steel bollards we may deliver by pallet depending on weight.

Steel fencing, palisade fencing and our fencing range of products will be delivered by haulier directly to site. Powder coated palisade fencing will be wrapped in cardboard and shrink wrapped, photos are taken of all powder coated fencing prior despatch.

Grit bins, winter products and rock salt are despatched by a variety of methods it is important to speak to a sales representative if you have any special requirements or require a dedicated delivery date. Delivery dates do vary due to demand so if you have a deadline please let us know.

Column protectors, guard rail, corner protection hoops are typically delivered by pallet. 

We offer an economy delivery service on the majority of our product range. Delivery costs are calculated on the weight of the products. Our current delivery times and charges are, please be aware prices may vary for certain products due to the size and nature of the delivery required:
